| -Spurrier 3 years ago | 3 years agoLoss of several Totalcare functions I have a question concerning a Totalcare bed model P1900N that is experiencing multiple problems. The Head Hi/Low, Head, Foot (Retracting), and the Trend functions are all inoperative. The Foot Hi/Low, Knee, and Foot (Articulating) function fine. There are no error codes in the log and the service required light is not lit. You can hear the audible click when trying to use the functions from either siderail. Other than the Hydraulic Power Unit, what could cause all these casualties to this model bed at the same time?Reply |
